Recurring Billing Terms

These Recurring Billing Terms apply when a customer authorizes monthly or other recurring charges for ongoing Launchieve services. They do not create a subscription unless recurring billing is expressly disclosed and authorized.
Most Launchieve audits and fixed-scope development projects are one-time or milestone-based and do not automatically renew. These Recurring Billing Terms apply only where the Customer expressly agrees to ongoing or recurring services.
1. Authorization
Before a recurring charge is established, the customer will be shown or provided the service description, billing amount or calculation method, billing frequency, start date, and applicable cancellation terms through an invoice, payment link, proposal, order form, service agreement, or other written authorization process.
By authorizing recurring billing, the customer permits Launchieve Investment LLC to charge the selected payment method according to those disclosed terms until cancellation or expiration of the arrangement.
2. Billing
Monthly services are generally billed in advance for the upcoming service period. Taxes may be added where required. The card statement should display “LAUNCHIEVE,” subject to bank or issuer formatting.
3. Cancellation
Unless a different written agreement applies, the customer may cancel by sending written notice to info@launchieve.com at least seven calendar days before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not refund a service period that has already started.
4. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Launchieve may retry the payment where permitted, request an updated payment method, suspend services, or pause project access until payment is resolved.
5. Price or Scope Changes
Launchieve will provide advance notice of a material change to the recurring fee, billing frequency, or service scope and will obtain any additional authorization required by law or payment-network rules.
6. Minimum Terms
A project-specific agreement may establish a minimum term, non-cancellable commitment, different notice period, or early termination fee. That agreement controls where it conflicts with these general terms.
