4. Legal Bases for Processing

Depending on the jurisdiction and context, we process personal information to perform a contract, take steps requested before entering a contract, comply with law, protect legitimate business and security interests, or act with consent. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn, but withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information, sell customer leads, or share leads with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

We may share information with service providers and supervised vendors that support payment processing, banking, invoicing, scheduling, video conferencing, analytics, advertising measurement, hosting, cloud infrastructure, domains, business email, CRM, project management, digital signatures, cloud storage, file sharing, communications, customer support, development, source-code management, deployment, security, fraud prevention, accounting, insurance, and legal services.

We may use essential cookies, preference cookies, analytics technologies, and advertising or attribution technologies. Non-essential cookies should be activated only in accordance with applicable consent requirements. More information is provided in the Cookie Policy.

7. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing emails, make business-related telephone calls, and where applicable send SMS/text messages where permitted by law. Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing emails or request that we stop marketing calls or messages. Service, billing, security, and project communications may continue where reasonably necessary.

8. AI-Assisted Processing

Launchieve may use automated tools and AI service providers to assist with free scans, analysis, summarization, classification, and service delivery. Submitted information may be processed by service providers acting on Launchieve's behalf. Do not submit production secrets, regulated records, highly sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to provide through a free scan.

Customers may provide confidential business information such as source code, product plans, intellectual property, technical documents, credentials, internal files, and marketing strategies. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to perform the services.

Do not send medical records, biometric identifiers, government identity records, banking passwords, complete card data, investment-account information, or other highly sensitive regulated information unless it is necessary, Launchieve has expressly agreed to receive it, and appropriate contractual and security measures have been arranged.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosure of your personal information; to withdraw consent; or to object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
