We may receive transaction information such as customer name, billing status, amount, currency, payment date, invoice number, payment-provider reference, and the last four digits or type of payment method where supplied by the processor.

Launchieve may use automated tools and AI service providers to assist with free scans, analysis, summarization, classification, and service delivery. Submitted information may be processed by service providers acting on Launchieve's behalf. Do not submit production secrets, regulated records, highly sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to provide through a free scan.

9. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including service delivery, legal compliance, tax and accounting records, transaction documentation, dispute handling, security, fraud prevention, and contract enforcement. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers should use temporary, limited, or staging credentials and promptly revoke access no longer needed.

Launchieve is operated by a United States company and provides remote services. Information may be accessed or processed by authorized personnel and service providers in different countries. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

12. Confidential and Sensitive Information

Customers may provide confidential business information such as source code, product plans, intellectual property, technical documents, credentials, internal files, and marketing strategies. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to perform the services.

Do not send medical records, biometric identifiers, government identity records, banking passwords, complete card data, investment-account information, or other highly sensitive regulated information unless it is necessary, Launchieve has expressly agreed to receive it, and appropriate contractual and security measures have been arranged.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosure of your personal information; to withdraw consent; or to object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Launchieve does not sell personal information for money and does not sell customer leads. 15. Children

The website and services are intended for people at least 18 years old. Launchieve does not knowingly provide services directly to children or knowingly collect personal information from children through its standard website or onboarding process.
