Acceptable Use Policy

Operator: Zenith Flow Tech, Inc., operating the Launchieve brand
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Launchieve website, communications, project systems, files, deliverables, and services.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory activity.
- Development or promotion of malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, phishing, spam, or systems intended to bypass security.
- Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
- Use of stolen data, unlawfully obtained credentials, pirated materials, or unauthorized customer information.
- Misrepresentation of identity, authority, ownership, business location, services, results, or regulatory status.
- Use involving prohibited or restricted products or services without prior disclosure and required approval.
- Activities that expose Launchieve, its providers, or payment partners to sanctions, network-rule violations, or unreasonable legal or security risk.
2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the legality of their business, instructions, content, products, data, and intended use of deliverables. Launchieve may request supporting information or decline work that creates legal, security, ethical, payment-network, or platform-compliance concerns.
3. Enforcement
Launchieve may investigate suspected violations and may refuse, pause, restrict, or terminate services. Where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety, Launchieve may preserve or disclose relevant information to authorities, providers, or advisers.
